- UPS Ground Shipping is free on all items within the United States. There is no minimum order required to get free shipping! This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APO and FPO addresses. Very reasonable charges do apply for upgrade shipping options such as 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air. These upgrade charges may be viewed by adding an item to your cart and viewing the "estimate shipping" function. All orders will ship on the next working day following order placement.
- Shipping & Delivery to Canada
- We ship using USPS Priority Mail International for all Canadian orders. This will add a flat $35.00 US to Canadian orders at checkout. All orders will ship on the next working day following order placement. This service typically takes 4-10 working days to any Canadian address.

- Returns & Replacements
- Any product purchased at Wiredsport may be returned (or exchanged) unused for up to 14 days after the item is delivered. Items cannot be accepted for return or exchange once used or if incomplete. A return authorization number is required for all returns and exchanges. A return authorization # may be obtained by using our contact form. We will need your name, email address, and Wiredsport order #. This is required to allow us to accurately track and manage return shipments.

- To place an order on Wiredsport simply browse to the product page of the product you want to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once the item appears in your cart simply click the "Checkout" button. Registration is not required to order, but does offer extra site features and future discounts.
