Beginning with the overall volume of the board, now reduced by 15%, the Marek is lighter than the original generation. Maintaining a responsive edge and speed into the wake was key in the new design. The Abrupt Continuous rocker line produces great pop off the wake while allowing the board to maintain the quick feel it has been famous for. The next generation Marek features slightly mellower base features resulting in a quicker release off the wake, allowing a rider to initiate a trick sooner. The Marek is everything you have come to love about Rusty's shapes in a leaner more responsive package.
Profile: Abrupt Continuous Rocker
This rocker line adds a little more kick to the speed that so many riders look for. This rocker line transitions to a slightly exaggerated tip and tail rocker creating added pop without sacrificing speed into the wake.
Rail: Variable Edge Design
A mellow edge under your feet that becomes sharper and cupped in the tip and tail provides catch free riding in the flats and aggressive edge hold when turning.

Laminates: Layered Glass
Over time, traditional layered glass fibers separate. Hyperlite utilizes a layered glass construction allowing it to have the same pop off the double up year after year.
