The Merc features our Plus KUSH-CONTROL technology that consists of 3 unique urethane features strategically placed in the base, sidewall and topsheet to create the smoothest and strongest boards on the hill.
Profile : Rocker with Flat and Camber
EZ Rock : A very subtle reverse camber profile with a convex base between the bindings and camber starting before the binding zone provides unparalleled stability. This makes presses easy and improves agility no matter where you place your bindings.
Outline : Directional Twin
This set up gives the board Slightly more nose than tail, allowing for a little extra float without sacrificing performance riding switch.
Construction : True Flex Core
This core has a high strength-to-weight wood construction utilizing different density poplar woods, uniquely profiled to give you excellent all-around response when riding the mountain.
Laminates : Biaxial Fiberglass
A smooth, easy, torsional feel, the majority of the fibers are in the 0 axis to add extra pop and an easy torsional flex to the board. Easy carving for all-mountain or park performance.
Edges : EZDT Sidecut
Designed for EZ-Rock and another version of EZ FlatRock, the EZDT is mellow between the bindings and at the tips with a more aggressive grip in the binding areas. This creates a more forgiving ride when things get a bit bumpy and a tight radius blended for quick carves.
Top Sheet : UV Protected Gloss
A glossy UV protected topsheet, this board will look great even after years of shredding!
Base : Extruded
Optix 2000 : A high-density, extruded base that is extremely easy to maintain and fix. The Optix 2000 is one of the highest wax absorbing bases on the market and will give you all the speed you need even if you don’t wax on a regular basis.
Warranty : Two Years
Two year warranty against manufacturer defects.
