Profile: FreePop Rocker
FreePop Rocker: A rockered nose and tail that meets a flat mid-body to create a responsive and fun all-terrain camber profile. The flat camber is stable and solid under foot, while the rocker in the nose and tail add buttery playfulness.
Outline: True Twin
Everything from the center of the board out towards the nose and tail is exactly the same. Perfect for riding switch.
Construction: Carbon and Zylon
Air Pop Core Matrix: The lightest and strongest core available! We add 5 zones of ultra low-density wood for lightness. Increased lightness with air channels to reduce weight.
Turbo Rods Double Barrel Carbon: Milled out channels in the core are replaced by carbon rods. The result is improved pop, flex, and durability while reducing vibrations and impact.
Z Tech: Zylon is a space-age, ultra snappy and lightweight material used to provide insane dampness. We lay a strip of Zylon down the centerline of the board to give it additional power and responsiveness. Increased longitudinal power and chatter resistance, with added pop for deep landings and serious ollies. It comes in two versions:
Laminates: Superlight Biax
Superlight Biax Laminate: This laminate adds pop and response to the deck while keeping the torsional flex smooth and fun.
Edges: Rockwell 48 with QuickRip
QuickRip Sidecut: Two additional mid-board contact points between off-set sidecuts for added grip at high speeds. Or, engage the inner contact points at slower speeds for a playful, shorter feeling board with control. QuickRip is a Rome signature technology for power when riding fast and extra fun when slowing things down.
Top Sheet: UV Protected Gloss
A glossy UV protected topsheet, this board will look great even after years of shredding!
Base: SinterCarbon
Pedal to the floor riding with carbon additives to help reduce friction and make the base lightning fast. A highly porous sintered base material guzzles wax to supercharge your riding.
